We carry out a detailed inventory if you choose our fully managed option or this can be added as an additional if you choose to opt for the tenant find service only.
Once a tenant has passed all the referencing and processes we can set a date for the move in. We will compile a tenancy and deal with all aspects of the setting up so that it can either be managed by ourselves or you with ease.
We offer weekly checks for those properties that are unoccupied to comply with any buildings insurances and once occupied we can carry out interim checks every three months to ensure your home is being looked after.
